Bird banding and marking are devices supporting ornithological research. The Association for Research Ornothological for Banding in Aquitaine created in 2005, comply with the National programme of ornothological research directed by the Centre of biological reserach about Birds populations of National Museum of Natural history of Paris.
The association wants to inform about the main banding stations of Aquitaine but also value actions taken for the environnement and biodiversity.
